What's included:

  • Supervision and scheduling of service providers (landscapers, pool maintenance, etc.)

  • Visual inspection of the interior: checking for leaks, humidity, and anomalies

  • Visual inspection of the exterior: checking for fallen trees, damage, etc.

  • Verification of openings and closures with systematic search for possible break-ins at access points: gates, shutters, doors, fences

  • Ventilation of the house during the entire visit

  • Inspection of security systems

  • Visits after bad weather

GUEST BOOKING MANAGEMENT

20% Incl. VAT of each booking, including:

  • Photos and online listing of the property.

  • Management of listings and inquiries.

  • Booking management: sending rental contracts, deposits, and security deposits.

  • Welcome and departure: Welcoming holidaymakers on site, presentation of the accommodation.

  • Assistance, troubleshooting, and concierge services for tenants 7/7.

  • Property maintenance: professional cleaning, linen rental management.

*In addition, there is a cleaning fee of €28/hour paid by the tenant (if requested).

A simple formula: We take care of everything and take a commission on the total revenue per booking.
